Investment Management

Brian LaRocco


Brian is responsible for identifying new acquisition targets for the firm. He leads the underwriting, debt sourcing and closing of Clear Sky Capital’s multifamily platform.

Brian has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. He has held senior level real estate executive positions with Alliance Residential Company, Trinsic Residential Company and Key Real Estate Company. In those capacities, he was responsible for project risk management, corporate risk management, debt and equity sourcing.

He has had involvement in finance, risk management and asset management in over 100 acquisition and development projects. He has closed over 20,000 developed units, 12,000 acquired units, as well as disposition of over 10,000 units.

Brian also co-created and co-managed a start-up multifamily property management company and grew it to over 60 employees.

Allen Glidewell

Asset Manager

Allen is responsible for the overall management, operations and performance of Clear Sky Capital’s multifamily property portfolio. Allen joined the management team in 2015.

Prior to joining Clear Sky Capital, Allen worked for ConAm Management Corp as the Regional Vice President, overseeing management operations of approximately 5,000 units in two states.

Allen has specialized in apartment property management for more than 25 years. He has held previous positions as a senior regional portfolio manager, district manager and property manager. He holds a certified apartment property supervisor designation from the National Apartment Association and is a licensed real estate agent.

Allen serves on the investment committee assisting with all multifamily acquisition decisions for the firm.


Our investments include complete retrofit of iconic mid century apartments in the urban core to redeveloping well-located communities around the country. Through thoughtful planning and design, we are able to improve the surroundings and services to our residents.

Value Add

We create opportunity by unlocking revenue and value enhancement potential in each acquisition we make. As value add investors, we seek to generate heightened yields by harvesting untapped revenue potential or by creating value through property upgrades. Often we focus on underappreciated markets by sourcing properties that are under managed or have portfolio break up value.


We actively seek investments in multifamily assets where we can capitalize on market conditions to improve cash flow and property appreciation through market recovery, capital improvements and professional management.
