Our innovative salon studios model enables stylists and other like minded entrepreneurs to grow their business while controlling their costs. We provide ahigh-end setting that delivers a best-in-class experience. Our tenants enjoy a collaborative space to meet other professionals, independently control the design of their space and still network with other ambitious business owners.

The salon business has a track record of strong returns and is recession resistant, thereby reducing the risk. We implement salon specific technology apps to add value and assist our stylists in becoming more profitable.

Our Salon Studio construction is industry leading and delivers a superior tenant and customer experience. We introduced the industry to a modern coffee bar concept as well as beer and wine sales at some locations, giving usa competitive advantage, driving tenants and customers to our locations.

We are actively seeking acquisitions and locations to continue the growth of our portfolio and the development of our brand.

Investment Management

Bret Morse

Vice President of Operations

Bret directs the operations for the salon studio portfolio with responsibilities that include business plan strategy, P&L management, negotiations and organizational leadership of the company.

Prior to this role, Bret worked as Director of Operations for the acquisition, turn-around and sale of a nine-location automotive repair portfolio.

Before joining Clear Sky Capital, Bret was the Chief Operations Officer for a construction material supply company and also held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a luxury custom home builder.

Seth Wells

Marketing & Leasing

Seth is responsible for brand management, on-site operations, marketing, leasing and team development for Palette Collective. Seth founded Palette Collective in 2014 and opened the first location in 2015.

Seth’s background is in investment and the development of residential custom homes. Seth started his first real estate company in 2009 and has been involved in both commercial leasing and residential real estate sales.

Prior to starting his business, he worked in the nonprofit sector and was involved in the management and development of large volunteer teams.

Brett Kalina

Business Development

Brett serves as business development manager for Palette Collective. He oversees site selection, lease negotiation and manages the build-out process from design to construction bidding to the opening of operations.

Brett has been involved in real estate development since 2004. His background includes real estate investment as well as the development of single-family residential subdivisions. Prior to joining Clear Sky Capital he was a partner in a luxury custom home builder.
